Welcome to GAHS we would like to acknowledge receipt of your membership fee of €20/€30 (overseas). GAHS membership has its privileges!
First, you will get a copy of our annual journal delivered free at the end of the year. Second, your email address will be added to our mailing list plus much more.
Our lectures are held on the second Monday of the month at the Harbour Hotel, New Docks Galway, starting at 8 pm during the season which runs from September to April (inclusive) each year. Lecture details are always sent out by email one week in advance followed by a reminder closer to the event. Our regular lectures are always open to the public and entrance is free of charge.

Recurring Payments
Please note that this is an annual reoccurring payment similar to a bank standing order. Should you wish to cancel your membership for subsequent years you can stop future payments through your PayPal account. Next year PayPal will not warn you prior to paying your membership but like a bank standing order we cannot cancel it, only you can.
Journal
Please note that membership entitles you to a free copy of our 2024 journal. The journal is typically published towards the end of the year but sometimes it can be delayed and might not appear until early the following year. If that happens you will still get this edition of the journal even if you decide not to renew your membership for 2025.
